The BULENDO 2026 symposium offers pharmaceutical and medical companies the opportunity to actively participate through sponsorship packages that combine scientific presence and corporate visibility. All forms of support comply with the requirements of Ethical MedTech, ARPharm and the Bulgarian Medical Association, ensuring transparency and balance between scientific content and industrial participation. The list of sponsors/exhibitors will be publicly available in the official symposium materials.

General sponsorships must be declared by 31 January 2026 at the latest and paid by 31 March 2026. After this deadline, the remaining (if any) available places for company symposiums and exhibition stands will be allocated. Sponsors will be given priority in selecting a place in the pre-approved symposium programme and exhibition area according to their level of support, with the highest package receiving first choice.

The allocation of stands will be carried out on the same principle. The remaining available places (if any) for symposiums and stands will be allocated in the order of payment.

IMPORTANT: The content of company symposiums is prepared and presented by the respective company under their responsibility. Promotional materials/branding are not allowed in accredited sessions and halls during the scientific programme.

All amounts for general sponsorship and company participation are stated in euros, in accordance with the official transition of the Republic of Bulgaria to the euro on 1 January 2026. The approximate equivalent in Bulgarian levs is indicated in brackets, calculated at the fixed exchange rate of the Bulgarian
National Bank: 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN.
