The event is intended for healthcare professionals only. Accompanying persons are not allowed to attend; exceptions will be made only in cases of proven medical necessity of the participant. Persons without medical qualifications will not be admitted to the scientific and exhibition areas of the symposium.
The registration fee includes: a conference kit with materials, access to all sessions and the exhibition area, coffee breaks, lunches and a working dinner.
Medical students have free access to the scientific programme of the symposium, excluding daily meals and working dinner. Admission is granted
upon presentation of a valid student ID card at the registration desk during the days of the symposium.
Fees are differentiated according to participant category and registration period. They are listed in euros, in accordance with the official transition of the Republic of Bulgaria to the euro on 1 January 2026. The approximate equivalent in levs is indicated in brackets, calculated at the fixed exchange rate of the Bulgarian National Bank: 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN.

Endoscopy is a team-based discipline where successful clinical outcomes depend on the close collaboration between physicians and endoscopy nurses. To encourage the active participation of endoscopy nurses in scientific and educational activities, BULENDO 2026 offers a special registration fee of 100 EUR (195.58 BGN) for endoscopy nurses registering after 1 June 2026. We encourage all endoscopy nurses to join BULENDO 2026 and become part of the exchange of knowledge, experience and international best practices.
All prices include VAT and are payable by bank transfer after processing and confirmation of the relevant application for participation sent to the e-mail address below. An invoice will be issued after payment has been made.
