For the convenience of participants, the hotel facilities at Ramada by Wyndham Sofia City Center (4-star) has been selected as the recommended place to stay due to its close proximity to the symposium venue and its capacity to accommodate a large number of guests within a single complex. The planned accommodation is in standard business rooms, providing the necessary comfort while complying with the requirements for transparency and economy.
The deadline for vacating unoccupied hotel rooms is 18 June 2026. Please make your accommodation requests by this date to ensure availability.
Accommodation prices are quoted in euros, in line with the Republic of Bulgaria's official transition to the euro on 1 January 2026. The approximate equivalent in levs is indicated in brackets, calculated at the fixed exchange rate of the Bulgarian National Bank: 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN.
